My 485 is in local office (Denver). EB2-NIW, PD June 2003, RD Sept 2005.
The female officer was pretty nice. She told me they are aware of the name check memo. However she wanted me to wait for another 6 months! Also confirmed that the 485 is processed on the order of received date, not PD.
After the bad news, on my way back my car got flat tire. This is not a lucky day for me. _:o
