I am about to renew my TN and get confused when I fill the Form I-129 for the following fields:
1) Federal Employer Identification #
2) U.S. Social Security #
3) Individual Tax #
I am told by the company that since the company is not privately owned, they only have Federal Employer Identification #, not the other two. I am wondering if that is true. How do others fill these fields, since H1 also share this form.
