I am working in a consulting company, now I have a chance to transfer to another fanancial company as permenant employee. But the current consulting company never gave me the pay stubs, I did not pay too much attention on it at first since I want to work here for a period.

I know I need stubs if I tansfer from one company to another. I really have bank statements showing the consulting company name, the date they diposit my salary in my account, Can they be used when I transfer or is there any suggestions ?
