Hello Friends,

My EB2NIW I140 REF got denied. Do you think I should appeal? How long will it take? How much does lawyer charge?

Basic background: 4 English 1st author journal papers (all very new,), 2 Chinese journal papers, 4 proceeding papers, 13 citation for English journal papers. Reviewers for 3 journals. After submission, 2 new papers and one first author book (not published yet).

I am not sure if my background is strong enough to win the appeal. Thank you very much for your input.
