My son's I131 does not approve yet since I filed it on 12/17/07. I've got flight back ticket on 5/18/08. I am not sure if my son leave before receiving I131, what gona to happen. I know you mentioned in the forum that If leave without AP, you will lose AOs status automatically.
I called USCIS office, they said it takes about six months to approve????? but I 've got just three month in the last year!!!!
