Dear Friends,
I just found that there is a new rule for applying US visa. Even you can get visa through Zhong Xin bank, you still need to go to Embassy to leave fingerprint.
I want to apply visa for my parents, I thought it was pretty simple to just send their document to ZhongXin, now because of this fingerprint thing, they still have to go to Beijing, which can be lots of trouble for them.
Just wonder if anyone's parents got their visa from ZhongXin these days? After they giving the document to ZhongXin, Can they go to embassy anytime, do they still need to make appionment to leave fingerprint? do they need to wait at embassy?
