Dear friends,
My parents plan to visit us this fall/winter. They came here twice. First time, they stayed about 6 months (6 years ago). Second time, they stayed about 1 year (extend visa once, 3 years ago).
I have H1-B visa, but it is getting expired in next month (almost 6 years), and we applied for green card a few years ago, and already got the EAD card, and now are waiting for the approve for I-485. For such stituation, what document do I need to provide? My thinking is that:
a. copy of my 2 lastest paychecks.
b. a letter from my company to prove that I am employed.
c. copy of my bank statement.
d. copy of my EAD card
e. the document for their visa extension.
Is (d) really necessary? What else should I provide?
Do I need to write a invitation letter?
