My wife is going to do her H1-B transfer. She is dealing with an employer who doesn't know details of immigration law. She konws she can work for the new employer upon receiving the receipt number from USCIS. But she needs to convince her new employer of this rule. Is there any way to get a link or any official government document show this rule. Sincerely thanks for your anwser.
