Here is major part of my RFE again :
Please submit copies of any published articles by other researchers citing or otherwise recognizing your research and/or contributions. Please highlight the portion of th epaper that references you work and highlight your name in the bibliography or "works cited" section. It is not necessary to submit articles that were published after the petition was filed or articles that are self-referencing; i.e. written by you or your collaborators.
My papers have only very few citations (even fewer before my proity date, which seems what the IO wants). I am really frustrated about this RFE. Are there other ways to answer this RFE? Does it mean anything after my PD is not usable to anser this RFE? Are there other way to answer this RFE? Sorry for so many questions. Thanks for any suggestion and experience.
