NC over 3 yr, write to FBI, got following reply:
".... this submission was processed and finalized in March 20, 2008. the results were forwarded to the USCIS headquarters, washington, DC."
anyone had similar experience and would like to share what this mean?
if it means NC cleared, how long I may get GC from NSC?
