Do I need to provide documents as REF to my GC application if i switch to part time H1 from full time H1?
What documents they will possibly ask for as REF?
Will that delay my green card approval?
BTW, I'm applying for GC as a dependent, and according to the May bulletin, my PD will be passed in May, does it mean that i can expect to get my GC in less than 1 year?
