Details in NIW 140 RFE, NSC. very generic question first, 2nd throne satisfied. asked for (1) evidence showing my prior achievement can predict future benefits to national interest; evidence indicating i distinguish from peers to a substantial degree as a whole in your employment (2) documentary evidence showing other researcher cited my research, as of Priority date.
My background; very weak; 6 papers, 4 English journal(1st author); citations 10 before PD. Theses 6 papers of my PhD work are seemily in totally different field than my ongoing research.
My response
(1) Submitted 10 more citations of PhD work, which were before priority date. Two of these citations heavily cited, relied upon my work, one of them are top scientist's work-------before Priority Date;
(2) Collected 4 independent from 4 differnt international experts in the field of my ongoing research; 1 of them from nuclear giant company. International expert claimed that my ongoing projects are in the same field as the above mentioned 6 papers; each independent expert answered different question from RFE.
(3) Submitted 1 reviewer request (before PD) and the work I reviewed, showing that the paper i reviewed comes from world top scientist, world-wide top institutions------before Priority Date.
(4) Submitted evidence of coorganizer of an international symposium.--before Priority Date

(5) submitted 3 more reivewr request after PD----after Priority Date.
(6) submitted color printed powerpoint slides talk, invited by three major industries after PD--------after Priority Date.
(7) submitted reviewer's comments about my ongoing research such as pioneering work, both scientific and industrial relevance.
