I observed that after NSC INS received RFE response, the first two weeks really have good chance to get approved. After first 2 weeks, chances are getting slimmer. Is it right?
My RFE response was received on April 28. There was a LUD on April 29. Then, no updated information. Do you think IO already spend time on my RFE response on April and already made a decision? If he wants to deny, when he will send denial notice? Thanks a lot for your help.
