485 pending approx one year. 140 approved more than one year. transferred office to another state after 485 pending 180 days. Called TSC earlier Feb name check pending. Called today no answer is allowed over the phone per the nice (?) lady. PD will be current in May. Processing time current.
Got an offer similar position and similar pay. The company wants me to start at the end of May. Want a try but worried about the pending 485.
Seeking sincerely any input to the following questions -
1. What are the chances that I get a ref since I relocated to another state? My attorney said not to say anything when I transferred office.
2. What are the chances that the case is approved in the month the PD becomes current? I know it is hard to say, but still want to do a survey.
3. If the company put the detail job descprtion on the offer letter, will it be enought to show USCIS it is a similar and a permanent job? I have all the paychecks from my current company which I have worked for more than 5 years.
4. What are the other risks that you can think of or you learned from others' experience?
