Visa Extension Notice
Applicants who have traveled to the United States and received a visa extenstion should bring their approval notice(s). A photocopy is acceptable.
请问这一项在什么情况下该选什么情况下不该选？我以前持J－1签证去过美国，并延期过的，06年9月分签证到期后回国的。我这种情况要选这项吗？但是我当时做了延期后并没有收到什么approval notice之类的，只是把DS2019表换了一下。
