MY SITUATION IS niw 140 APPROVED . 485 PENDING. I am PhD on toxicology. Right now I am doing my postdoc in acdemia. Want to change job to regulatory toxicologist in industry. Also the job category number (soc) between old (on 140) and the new one is same. The job deion might be a little difference because there is no labotorary work in the new job.But I do design, and oversee animal studies in contract research orgnizations When I was asked for reference from USCIS. Can i just see I do research on human diseases induced by toxicant ? Does anybody have similar experience and how much risk I will take if I decide to go to the company?
