My I-140 is approved last year and 485 is pending > 180 days. I am planning to change a job and transfer my H1. The new job title is completely different than my current one, but the job responsibilities are very similar. I am not sure if I can convince my new employer to give me a same title. If they don't want to change the job title, do you think it is worth to take the risk accept the offer? It is very good company and they paid much better than what I am making now. On the other hand, my PD is July 2004, I've been waited for years, should I wait another half year or so until the I-485 is approved? Your advice is more than appreciated. Thank you!
