(II) My continued participation in my current work is critical to successfully complete this nationally important research

(III) My proposed employment has substantial intrinsic merit and will be national in scope but it is unattractive to U.S. workers

(IV) All of the facts conclude that it would be contrary to the national interest to potentially deprive the prospective employer of my services by making available to US workers the position I seek

(II) My specific prior achievements justify the projected future benefits to the national interest

(III) The national and international impact of my research work on the field of my employment as a whole further proves that I serve the national interests to a substantially greater extent than the majority of my colleagues.
