I have 2 A# from USCIS. first one came with the first 140 approved by NSC recently, the 2nd A# came with the 2nd 140 pending in TCS. If I will ask USCIS to combine the two A# into the original one issued with my approved 140 (first case) in NSC, should I use receipt number of the first 140 to call NSC or the receipt number of the 2nd 140 to call TCS to do this?
