485 REF was submitted to USCIS 4 months ago, 485 PD 9/2005.
USCIS web updated that it will be processed within 60 days after receive REF. However, the case was out of processing time. I called USCIS about my 485 case 45 days ago. USCIS told in the phone they will send a request to the immigiation center. USCIS web updated my case right after I called them 2 weeks later.
Now, I still do not get any response from USCIS about my 485 case. Do you suggest me to call USCIS again for the case? or just wait till PAI-QI may come in 2009? is there any way to push them to start?
