NIW at NSC, PD 9/25/2005 (EE major, 7 support letters, one was from USA academy member, 30 papers, 7 patents, review for 4 journals by the time submitted)
10/2006 I-140 REF and 12/06, REF returned.
2/2007 I-140 denied and then appealed 03/07
3/2008 I-140 appeal won,
May –July, 2008, 485 REFs two times because the REF letters from USCIS were not received due to my lawyer’s office moving and they did not notify this to USCIS.
August 1, 2008, replies of I-485 REF were returned to USCIS. But eventually, it was late, and we did not catch the last "bus" of 2008 before PD was seriously back on 10/1/2008
6/15/2010 card ordered info. was received,
