Pjiang & XBT -I Need your help on H-1B extension greenhair2008-05-22 21:10:05

I started working since Sept 2005 and it's time for me to renew my H-1B visa for another 3 years. My hu*****and submitted the green card application for EB1B a couple months ago and we are pending on I-140. Do I have to submit the copy of my I-485 receipt since I'm not the primary applicant for green card? Do I have a better chance without submitting it? Will USCIS find out?
