My problem solved (H1B expire while EAD not approved yet). I didnt file I129. Instead, I called CIS and asked for expediting my appication on the ground that if I dont have EAD i have to stop working which will cause financial hardship on my side and also a loss to my company. I got an email this morning from CIS indicating that my EAD card has been approved and ordered for production. The online status was updated as well. So much relieved! Thanks a lot TaoTaoMao for your detailed instruction of I-129 although i didnt go for that opetion. It definitely helps. I would also like to share my experience with those who are and will be in similar situation as I didnt know that we could expedite EAD application before. Good luck to everyone!
