study in U.S holding TN visa cecile2008-05-23 19:08:06

To kind people here:

I am holding TN visa and living in New Hampshire and I want to apply for study in U.S university which is in New Hampshire. Can I be regarded as in-state resident or out-of -state resident? Because there is huge difference of tuition level between the in-state resident and out-of-state resident.
