To kind people here:

I am holding TN visa and have been living in New Hampshire more than one year and I want to apply for study in U.S university which is in New Hampshire. Can I be regarded as in-state resident or out-of -state resident? Because there is huge difference of tuition level between the in-state resident and out-of-state resident.
