我H1B,老婆H4，11/2005同时来美，现在又同时延期。我i-140 pending,还没有提交i-485. 请老师们帮忙确认填表中的问题。再次万分感谢！
老婆的I-539表中的问题：
Q1(Part3 -> #2): Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted to your spouse, child, or parent? 我们一起提交EOS所以我应该说“No”吗？
Q2(Part4 -> #2): Foreign Address. 我们是延期，这个是不是就不用填了?
Q3(Part4 -> #3 -> a): Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa? 目前i-140申请只有我一个人的名字，但是我们现在同时申请延期，所以我就是"the other person", 这里就得回答"Yes"?
Q4(Part4 -> #3 -> b): Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application? 应该回答"Yes"?
我的I-129表中的问题（老板让我自己填）：
Q1(Part4 -> #3): Are you filing any other petitions with this one? How many? 我答Yes - 1. 请问正确吗？
Q2(part4 -> #4): Are applications for replacement/initial I-94s being filed with this petition? How many? 我答Yes - 2. 请问对吗？
Q3(Part4 -> #5): Are applications by dependents being filed with this petition? How many? 我答Yes - 1. 老婆算我的ｄｅｐｅｎｄｅｎｔ？
Q3(Part4 -> #9): Have you ever previously filed a petition for this person?不知道应该怎么回答．
