H1b or EAD Fairrc2008-05-27 17:44:53

I'm currently on H1b but have EAD associated with my spouse's 485 pending. If I change job, should I transfer my H1b or use EAD? If I prefer keeping my H1b, will the company offer me a lower salary?

It is your personal choice, but keep H-1b maybe a good idea
