New Texas Center I-140 processing time tulaomao1232008-06-02 21:42:20

I got a e-mail from my lawyer today saying that USCIS Texas Service Center corrected themselves and announced that they are currently processing Form I-140 petitions dated July 16, 2007 (not August 26, 2007, as indicated on their website).

I haven't got a chance to verify this yet, but my lawyer usually provided some pretty accurate info to me.

Anybody filed after July/16 got approved here? Please share.
