小白兔，pjiang及各位， I-539 填表再一问 rickymay2008-06-10 02:33:34

My H-1B will be expired on December 14, 2009. But I was laid off last week on June 2. On I-539 current expiration date I will fill in June 2. And I will file this I-539 form to F2 tomorrow (June 11). I know I lost of my status between these 11 days. Is there any problem for my F2 to get approved?

Can I write a small note beside the expropriation date on I 539 form to say my firm will pay the severance payment to June 30 because my laid off severance letter saying I will be paid one month salary and health insurance by June 30?
