We are informed that my wife's greencard was ordered today. We submitted our I 485 files together by 11/2005 to NSC, and I got my card by 5/2006. My wife has been stuck with the Name Check. We did nothing except two phone calls to the CIS Customer Service. There was no any LUD since her first finger print by 2/2006, all of a sudden we got approved today.

One news I think it may helpful I'd like to talk a little more here, because I didn't see people paid attention in this forum. "来自美国移民律师协会年会的最新消息" reported a plan on the Name Check issue released by the USCIS officers, ( I copy the related part below and the whole article can be found in this page http://immigration.wenxuecity.com/BBSView.php?SubID=zzr&MsgID=680) and I thought it might work out in that way, so my wife's case was hopefully to get approved in July. Actually it is true. I hope it may work out for all of those who has been stuck with the NAme Check for two years and get the green card in this month. Good luck!

I'm thankful for this forum, and I got a lot of information and helpful discussion from here. May God bless you all!
