My hu*****and and I are going to summit our U.S. citizen application this summer. One question I want ask here is that my hu*****and got a job in China and moved back since last September. He transferred to U.S again this March. (same company). In last year’s tax return, we did not include that part into our tax return since he already paid tax to China government. So the question here is that should we include this hiring period (From September 07 to March 08) into our citizen application, will that cause the issue?
If we include his working experience in China into application, it does not match our 07 return. If we skip it, there will a blank period in his hiring history.
Any one could provide some suggestion.
