Does EAD renewal need previous and current visa documents? tz06162008-07-08 23:53:06

Dear all,

I will renew my EAD based on pending I485 C09 category. From PJIANG teacher's blog, it does not mention the need of visa document (previous J1 paper work,
and current H1B approval notice).
Is that true?
