My hu*****and's NIW 140 was approved last month.
But he decided to go back china and work for a non-USA company. He will travel back USA frequently.And it is also possible he will work at USA after several years.
Should we withdraw our pending 485?
If we don't, I think his pending 485 will have impacts on his non-immigration visa application (e.g. B1).
If we withdraw our 485, can we refile a new 485 after he come back working in USA (5~10 years later)?
