15 years kid signiture: my doctor said that I should sign tim12342008-07-16 21:04:30

for my kid on my kid's medical exam for immigration because he is 15 years old which is under 18 years old. is it right or wrong?

i called 3 doctors. they all said parents sign not kid sign.

My daughter signed by herself at 16 yrs old. It worked/.
