I saw many questions about job similarity, similar job title, similar job duty,same job code. Then how about 140 based on NIW:
1 I did not fill job code on 140 petition, how the vo judge my new job is similar to current job.
2 I am doing postdoc, seem there is no sense for me to keep the postdoctral job title till 485 approved, right?
3 I filed the on the 140 that ** is seeking employment in Electical and computer engineer area as relates to signal processing, can any big man tell me how flexible for me to change job to industry.
