My response to 485 REF was received by NSC today at noon according to post officde tracking info.

 My experience on my I140 RFE, they will update my online status to RFE received at the same day.

In this case, if I did not get REF reived email for USCIS, should I call then to ask:

1: How long should I wait before I call them to confirm.

2: What should I ask them when I called.
