My boss write the letter for 485 RFE of my NIW case.

He adds one more sentenc regarding permament position. I believe it should be ok, can you please confirm it.

 

XXX is currently working as a research scientist in xx under my supervision.  This is a permanent position (contingent on the availability of NIH funding) with an annual salary of xxx.
