I am applying immigration for my parents. They are in China. I have a question about the abroad address. In their document, their current address in China is not where they are living in right now. I wonder if I use the address in their document, the INS will send the documents to the address and they are almost impossible to get the mail. However, if I use the address they are currently living in, will the INS wonder about the different address? Can I add a note sending with I130 to tell the INS the mailing address?
