两个140都批了，一个EB3，一个EB2. 五月份给USCIS发了一封要求transfering priority date 的信(EB3的transfer给EB2). 信的内容完全按皮匠老师的sample letter写的. 几天前收到USCIS的回信，内容是"You are requesting a transfer of of priority date regarding 2 approved I-140 petitions and your pending I-485 application. If both I-140 petition are approved, the applicant must file Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application/Petition, and complete accordingly."
Requesting transfer of of priority date 真的需要file Form I-824 吗？就算需要file Form I-824, 表中的"reason for request"里根本就没有priority date transfer 这一选项.迫切需要大家的建议.先谢了.
