Here is the situation:
Our first AP expires in Nov. I have used AP to come back and forth between China and US. My wife left US in March and hasn't come back yet (I am sponsoring her). She will be back in Sep. I am thinking of renewing AP for her -
Question: shall i renew her AP now or wait until she is back in States in the status of Parolee? Shall I apply for her as if she is in the States or shall I apply for her and indicate she is overseas?
Has anybody have the same issue? Thanks very much in advance.
