I am applying for AP renew and not sure whether I should attach I-94 or other notice.

My situation is here: NIW 140 approved, I485 pending. EAD used, AP never used after approval.

My question is:

1. DO I have any status change? or use of EAD is considered a status change? I guess I am in AOS now but not sure whether this is considered a change.

2. If you consider my status has changed, which notice I should attach?

Strictly, you just apply a new AP, rather than renew it.
