我和LD都需要补件，是NSC的。
LD是主申请人，补件要求是：

请问这个是不是搞个户口名簿的复印件，加上翻译公证就可以了？

因为ld是在做post-doc时申请的这个NIW,现在已经换了工作，在学校里做technician，请问在employment letter里需要注意什么？是不是移民官会认为从post-doc到technician是降级，有不属于NIW之嫌？要不要像准备140那样，附上一大堆材料，再加上cover letter表述之？

LD来美国太多年曾经f1拿了master， 然后h1b工作一段时间，又 f1拿phd，到现在用 NIW申请拿的ead工作，当年的h1b文件已经丢失，不知道怎么办才好.

我是2006.5毕业，8月用opt的 ead在学校工作，然后2007年7月接上学校给办的H1B,我应该交什么文件？需要学校的employment letter吗？
