Labor took 2.5 YEARS.
Called TSC 3 times last couple weeks. 1st call got nothing. 2nd call asked for name check and was told CLEAR. 3rd call asked for speedup and the nice IO said she will send request. Finally got card production ordered news. Maybe the call helped.
Please follow the instruction to make a call if you want. Don't ask for status because you can check online. Ask like: I want to check FP expiration date. If the nice IO checks for you, then ask if it's possible to speedup your case because you PD date is way too early.

Enter your receipt number
press 1 (now listen to the case update info....)
press 3 press 4 (If you hear a male voice prompting you to hold the call, that means the call will be answered by an IO. But if it says no IO is available, it will redirect you to NSC and you can hangup and try again)
