Filed on 08/16/2007, EB2, PD 02/2006. Got approval emails for both my wife and myself today.

I Sent Visa Chargibility letter 3 months ago, it was returned and I was asked to call. when I called one month ago, I was was told Visa numbers current next month, so Visa Chargibility means nothing for my case.

Many thanks to all people who posted your information, sugguestion.......

By the way, when the cards can reach our mailbox. The letter says within 60 days.
