I received this email update today, some three weeks after our I1-485 were approved (and we have already received our green cards and welcome notices. Approval notices got returned as undeliverable, however).
What could this be?

On August 20, 2008 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.
