I am in the process of applying to become a US citizen. I will apply GC for my parents once I am naturalized. Question is: can my minor brohter who is under 21 years old join my parents without lengthy wait time?
I have been researching on the above issue and I see different opinions. In the worldjournal law column, I read from the lawyer's response being an "YES" to the above case. But many other internet discussion forums stated "NO". Please refer to this link posted on the worldjournal:
