Birth certificate for parents hkgirl2012-01-15 16:48:38

I would like to submit paperwork for my parents to come to US, but I don't have their birth certificates.  I do have their marriage certificate from China, but that's all I have.  They were both born in China, but moved to Hong Kong many years ago.  They don't have China citizenship or residency anymore.  Can anyone advise what I should do?  My parents are in their 60s.  Thanks!
