I've seen your blog on this topic, very helpful.

I-541 states that we'll have to leave within 30days, which we'll follow.

Now when we go to the counter at the airport, just tell the airline that we have filed extensiton and got denied, no need to provide them anything right?

it took too soon (~2 months) in my case
