My AP was approved. It was sent to my old address and returned to NSC yesterday. I am travel abroad in 1 week. Can I go back to China and ask my wife to mail the AP to me later?
Since my AP has been approved while I am in the states, it seems to be okay to use it. Please advise if there will be any potential problems.
