PJiang and other daxia F-1 Reinstatement 485 RFE bcccmath2008-09-16 02:33:36

Pjiang: can you please explain the what F-1 reinstatement is? I was out of status from 12/99 to 04/02. (Not my fault, it was school's fault) . I got resinatement approved . But on the reinstated approved I-20, the starting effective date N/A and ending date is May 2007. Now, my 485 RFE wants me to show my nonimmigrant status. Can I just send the reinstated I-20, but that N/A starting date realy bothers me. I should have go back to china to avoid this mess.
